RJF International Corporation is a customer-oriented manufacturer of engineered polymer products for select specialty markets. RJF applies the science of polymers today to innovations for the marketplace tomorrow.

RJF's greatest strength stems from a successful formula that combines accumulated industry "know-how," strong research and development, quality control, manufacturing expertise, and most importantly, a high level of customer sensitivity and service. The result is a clear perception of added value.

Many of the customized, polymer-based products offered by RJF enjoy market leadership positions and are used in applications such as: wallcovering in an exclusive luxury hotel, protective linings in a chemical tank farm, flooring in the combat information center on board a high-tech Navy ship, and door weatherstripping seals.

RJF, the former Fabricated Polymers Division of Goodrich, brings many years of product development and manufacturing expertise to every customer. Each business unit relies on strong technical support in order to facilitate partnering with its customers in the early stages of new product design and development. The result is practical solutions to customer problems and needs.

Products made by RJF are known and respected around the world. International sales are expected to grow significantly in the years ahead. Ongoing growth strategies strengthen our commitment to our customers by providing a full line of product offerings.

A Commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment:
No business can survive unless its operating philosophy includes protecting the environment. RJF strives to minimize the environmental impact of its operations in all the communities in which it does business. This commitment starts with the careful selection of raw materials and continues through the disposal of products at the end of their lifecycle.

Special emphasis has been placed on reducing the exposure of potentially harmful materials to the environment. RJF has voluntarily replaced solvent chemicals with water-based inks and coating formulations. These changes have resulted in the reduction of hazardous air pollutant emissions to levels below the requirements of Title V of the Clean Air Act.

RJF assumes the responsibility of educating its customers about the composition of products. This helps ensure that our customers' after-market modifications, uses and final disposal do not inadvertently have a negative impact on precious natural resources.

RJF has a continuing commitment to the health and well-being of our employees. All manufacturing facilities have active team programs to improve the already high safety standards for every employee.

The Richard J. Fasenmyer Foundation:
RJF's concern for the community extends to social issues as well. The Richard J. Fasenmyer Foundation was established as a mechanism to channel funds where they can make a meaningful impact on the efforts of those already striving to make the world a better place to live and work.

The Foundation gives liberally to charitable causes, particularly in health-care, higher education and the arts. Among the projects funded by the Foundation are: establishing the Clinical Immunology Research Fund at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation to foster cutting edge research into AIDS and other devastating diseases of the immune system, the Foundation for Interior Design Education Research (FIDER), Boys Hope, Covenant House, Achievement Center for Children, Health Issues Task Force and United Way.

The Foundation is also committed to promoting the revitalization of Northeast Ohio's cultural core with funding for the Cleveland Ballet, the Cleveland Orchestra, Cleveland Museum of Art and the Playhouse Square Foundation among others.

In 1992 a grant of $1 million, the largest to date, was made to Penn State University/The Behrend College, Pennsylvania, for the construction of the plastic processing laboratory at their Polymer Technology Center.
